need help idenitfying two trees

hi all I need some help with these two trees to me it looks like one butter nut or pecon tree the other looks like an ash but has frute ?
and fair price to remove two branches over house roof and trimm back to fence line the other tree more pics can be provided if wanted

The nut bearing tree sure looks like a pecan. I only know of one fruit bearing tree, the china berry, but their fruit is somewhat different than your's.

could it be this is an ash tree that has miseltoe and that it is in the berry stage i have not sean the full cycle of miseltoe

I do not know of any ash that produce a berry, all of them produce mainly a winged type fruit. Yours kind of looks like elderberry or Amur cork tree

this is the tree over the house some kind of ash?

The one with the berry like fruit is probably one of these two.

Sorbus americana (American Mountain Ash)
Sorbus aucuparia (European Mountain Ash)
