Need help identifying a Stihl part

Hey fellows, I had my 200T down to attach a rope to the handle and after I put it up I find this in the floor where it sat while I tied the knot.
What are it??
I haven’t tried to run the saw but the controls all operate as they should.

I don’t know what to say about that. I have None of the stuff that’s compatible with. How strange.

It looks real close, but might not be it. Saw ipl doesnt show that piece.

Thanks for that too. I ran the 200t and it was fine. I did not have the IPL to check.
