How does the trigger assembly get removed to replace it? I have the handle assembly hinged down for access and it appears the trigger is held in place by a spindle between the anti vibe mounts. It doesn't appear to be threaded. Does it get driven out? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You have to remove both shocks, they are retaining the pin holding the trigger. The shocks are threaded and if you dont have have the special tool, use long nose plier or else to remove them.Use the two slots on the shock to "grip it".Once removed, just push the rod to get the trigger.Dont forget to install your spring correctly.

Got it! I guess I should have been able to see that. They screwed right off and the pin slid out for easy removal and everything is back in place. The only other problems are the chain brake handle has been removed and muffler stud threads appear to be stripped out in the cylinder. Any suggestions?
