Need help with a Tillotson carb

I inherited a 1971 Suzuki 360cc sled from my old man, but need some carb help and I know some guys here know Tillotsons as well as anyone.

My Dad ported the intake and ripped the stock Mikuni off 20 years ago and put a big Tillotson HD carb on. Well the carb has sat outside for about 8 years and is not pumping fuel.

I bought a diaphragm kit for it and put it in but it did not help. I am getting a decent pulse from the impulse line.

Where should I go from here?

I can't help other than suggest you fetch this 63kB file <a href="http://www.winderosa.com/catalogs/snow/images/carbhd.pdf">PDF file</a> for possible reference.&nbsp; I'd thought I had something similar to what you posted but had this instead.&nbsp; I'd found the file at <a href="http://www.winderosa.com/">www.winderosa.com</a> (which looks quite interesting just now) but it must have been from a search regarding Tillotson carbs because I don't recognize the site now.

Tips on how to clean this thing out? The site glens pointed out suggests alcohol. Any other suggestions?
