Need help with mounting bucket on a Versalift

A year ago I bought a '96 Ford F-350 bucket truck with a Versalift boom. The only problem was that it did not come with a bucket. The boom is complete with the controls and the swivel to mount the bucket. I have located a bucket and have not been able to locate a factory mount. I now need the truck and it looks like I will need to fabricate a mount.

Does anyone know what the factory mount looks like or can give me some guidance on what to fab?
