Starting a tree service in NY. I am wondering what a fair price per hour is for an experienced climbing/certified arborist?

under 5 years but has potential and is moving up quickly $22-$25
Apprentice Climber with potential and proven work ethic- $16-$20
ground worker good with ropes & hedge trimming/maintence -$15-$20
no experience $10-$15 max
