need some info on alpina 31015

My uncle gave me an old alpina he had in the shed for many year. I can't seem to find anything about. On the side it says alpina and then in smaller pring below it it say 31015 which I assume is the modle # but search is down and I can't find anything on google. It has a weird top handle and 2 triggers. kind of and odd duck. I have not figgered out how to even get to the carb yet to give it a shot of mix nor have I pulled the muffler to see how the p/c looks. Should be fun to get running if I can find parts for itView attachment 314932

Thanks. I check acre's but didn't look threw all the modles to find a match. I did a search for the a40 and still didn't turn up much about pthe saw. Reviews, post, value, ect.

These are pretty rare saws in North America. You might try going to the "Beg for Manuals" thread in the Stickies section to ask for an IPL and a manual to get you going.

Ya and a double triggered top handle at that. Like I said its a weird saw. Hope to get some more info on it and get it running.

There is a site which I don't have bookmarked that has Alpina IPL's.I got the one for my prof 700 and my Castor brushcutter off it.Do a search for Alpina Illustrated Parts Lists and you may find it.I've found parts on Italian ebay.Also,piss on Google I've been using Bing to search.

The attachment did not open, but i think i have the same model. It is running fine now
