My new 241 oil pump sealing ring must have been damaged during assembly at the factory. It never did oil very well and dripped oil from behind the side plate. Took it apart and discovered this seal was damaged. I had some fuel line and fashioned a temporary seal that is working well but if it starts leaking or if I ever need to take the oil pump apart again I'd like the factory seal. The fuel line is in the third photo. Where I bought the saw wants $5 plus a ten mile drive. Anyone here help a brother out? It kind of makes we worry about other parts of the factory assembly process.

I can pick you one up if the dealer has one, it looks to be the same one on the ms271.

Here is our price, maybe you need a new dealer...

1122 649 5000 O RING $0.99

BTW, is that some type of cartoon bong?

I'll take it. Thanks.

I find all kinds of things from the leaves that we compost for the garden. I am copying the epoxy display in the NAPA stores and when I'm epoxying something if I think of it I'll add something I found in the garden.

The bong is out in the shop.
