Here are a few pictures of Weatherby's new PP372.
I have seen the 257,7mm Weatherby but this is the first 372 that I am aware of.
I think Roy would be proud to have these in his Magnum lineup.

Yesterday was my wedding anniversary, which I forgot.I was already in the dog house when my wife found this one.
Top rack only.

Dan,

Looks like great work to me. Can't wait to get it back and put a little time on it. Do you reload shells for the caliber? I think it may be hard to find ammo at the local stores. Do you like that maxima sticker on the air filter cover? Think they will sponser me? Now all it needs is the Dozer Dan trademark, and its good to go.

Oh and by the way, its good to see you have your priorities straight. Saws over anniversary, lol. Hope that didnt get you into too much trouble.

Tony,

The only saw I ever had that looked that used was a walkerized 394xp I bought off ebay. I take good care of my stuff, and I dont use it too much, so it pretty much stays new in appearance. Im down to 4 saws, and I only use them on the weekend if that. Good to bring in another modified saw into NC. We just need to advertise a little and bring these builders some more business.

well we differ there brother.
most like to drive around in big new pickups shiney enough to blind u. not me . i dont want to worry about devalueing my truck when i ask it for the limit.
most lean toward your way .. and i understand that.. but theys a few around understand where im coming from.
most importyant thing new or used is
does it do what its suppose to and are the workings parts maintained rite.
as to helpin dan put more saws out here in carolina.u got a point.
but itll sure make an impression if i take this old dog and out hunt some of these local fellas 800. dollar saws. im always looking for a chance to have a little fun.
to be honest ,i dont run into many saws this big here...of course im a solo operator so i wouldnt see asmany as professional arborist and loggers.

Dan,
Now your on my sh!t list too. Thats my lucky glass in the front right corner... Rick/Saw Slut

Weatherby chain saws ???

Been a serious Weatherby gun, curio, literature, etc., collector for over 10 years, but never heard of the saws.

Anyone who has some Weatherby items to sell, trade just let me know.
Thanks.

Rob
UPS will drop it at your door on Tuesday. I also remembered the 8 pin sprocket that you wanted.

Thanks Brian for overnighting the Weatherby 372 to try out. You sure chewed up the casing with your chain throws though. The 3/8" sprocket was fookulated, as in out of pitch so I put on some 404 chipper and chowed down on some granite, thinking it was Ironwood. Had to put a saddle on it just to get thru the cut. The bar is now thicker than it is long, but it still runs like a champ.

Hi
I can’t believe that you guys let the cat out of the bag. Now everyone will know how I get to send those demo saws out for people. I had you people convinced that the saws belonged to me.

Did you tell her you were doing a 'flow test'?

I've been caught a few times using the microwave, and oven for thermal, and coating tests.

Forbidden to use them.
Wow, never realized we had a kitchen parts washer.

Did you get her....happy again?
How did you get out of this one?
Just married for two years, I need to read AS more for marital advice.
