Anyone trying the new saddles im seeing in the wesspur and sherrill mags? I like the looks of the sherrill edge. The new saddle from buckingham looks alot like the cougar by weaver.

I ordered, sherrill's,"the edge", throu Venmeer two weeks ago. I called today and Venmeer told me they're on back order. Maybe next week. It looks like a nice saddle, and I trust sherrill. It's replacing my Cougar, that I retired after the second recall. Hopefully next week I can try it out and let you know whats up. That is assuming some work comes in. beastmaster

please do, that does look like a nice saddle for someone who prefers leg loops to a seat. I really like the ergovation but not the price tag, i just cant swing it now or for a while anyway. I really like to get out of my ol weave wide back sliding d. My buddy has the sequoia swing and in 2 trys i really didnt like that seat, used a 'soft' seat saddle b4 as well but thats the worse.

If I were to get another Petzl it would be the Swing. It more resembles my old Navaho Mini Boss than any other saddle they make now. The Mini Boss is a very comfy saddle but there are some quirks that I don't like about it. It has been a good comfy saddle tho so I can't really say anything bad about it. I am looking at the Pinnacle Deluxe right now. I'm thinking of giving that one a try. It is more in the tradition of saddles I have used in years past and have become accustomed to. Haven't decided for sure which saddle I'll get yet but I will definitely be getting a new one over the Summer.
