Check out my new beater saw on E-Bay

Not sure which color to paint it...blue or red...think I'll go with blue. Already have a red Homelite.

Yep, that's what you get on E-bay sometime. But I think I can fix that. You know, the more I look at the picture, the more I think the spikes are welded on....hmmmm.

No, I can see 2 bolts that hold em on the saw, I cant imagine why someone would WELD the spikes in place.

The engin looks blue so I guess it is a XL12 or a Super XL12.
There is a plate on it so you will know when you get it.

it looks like my old super. if it is the same type saw. it held up better than well. just never could kill it.i gave it to a friend that wanted to fix it up .

Just got it in the mail today. The chainguard is red and says Super XL Automatic. The "Super" part is rubbed off. The id plate says Super XL on it. The bar is definitely bad, the chain good, (chain is Oregon 72) the sprocket is bad, the oiler button has been repaired very crudely, but it works. Can't wait to start it up tomorrow, and really can't wait to get a new bar on it and cut some stuff. Oh, it looks better than the pictures.
