The best advice that anyone here can give you will be mine : cut the tree down without ####ing anyone or anything up put it in the truck and leave , repeat daily .....

Wait.. you're going from groundworker, to starting your own tree biz? without ever climbing or even having any bucket exp.? is that correct?

I have some recreational experience, but not with a saw. Gonna start low and slow.

Starting your own biz with no climbing experience doesn't exactly sound "low and slow" to me. Unless maybe there's so much work in your area that you can pick and choose jobs that you feel comfortable with.

That's the idea. I'm only doing it part time, but I'd like to eventually quit my job and do it fulltime. It's a huge undertaking, but you do what you gotta do to provide for your famuily.
