Hey guys I just signed up, and i love all the information here great forums!
Anyway I just had a couple of questions about selling firewood. I live in Southern NH and I am looking for a rough estimate on prices of wood delivered by the trucks, or whatever they do. I know these questions sound dumb, but i gotta start somewhere! I wanted to do it as a summer job for some extra cash, and have fun doing it. So I was just wondering a rough estimate + what type of logs should i buy? and also how many logs on average does it take to make a full cord. First year I don't want to get to much, and over work myself. I just want to get hte hang of it first! well any answers would be awesome! thanks a ton guys!

How big is the property and trees? And what kinds of trees do you have? That will simplify things.

Some wood brings more, and some less. But you can't sell other than what you have access to, or ownership of.

Yeh, we have around 14 acres. But i was wondering about buying it from someone else maybe, like the trees loggers can't use for boards, do they sell them to people for splitting into firewood. The wood that we own is mostly Oak and green wood, which i know doesn't sell. Any other advice?
