If that's the tree you topped, the one with the wires on it, you might need to fire up the stump grinder.

The tree was probably blocking the signal of the satilite dish and he thought I will just fire up the old saw and top that old tree than move my dish where I won't risk losing my signal

If you are going to top a tree like that at least try to make the stubs all even. Looks tacky when they are all different heights like that.
