The only thing you get is the space, the wood and the clients that want firewood. But the wood has to be split as fast as it comes in. Some of the wood is going to be 37+ pieces. you are also going to need insurance (WC).

Wow, I wish that kind of operation was here, I wood jump all over it. Wood is going up in price, and heating bills here are through the roof. I could use the chipper chips as well. I can use mountains of them.
