What link count chain fits a homelite bow bar. A 050 gauge fits but 24” chain is to long

Best bet would be to mount it without the clutch cover have it about half way through adjustment and measure around the bar and sprocket devide that by double the chain pitch and that should get you in the ball park.

Thank you camel 2019, I kind of figured it out by using the 24” chain and pinching it together and counting how many to remove

I not home so I can't confirm but I seem to remember 80 DLs for my Homelite bow bars.
I'll check when I get back home.
