I have a very old asplundh whipper chipper. 9 inch knives. I am looking for anybody that may collect or be familiar with these chippers just so I may be able to get a good guess of the age of this machine and any other info I can find out about it. I had an old farmer mechanic do some work on it for me and his guess, by the type of motor, was that it was from the early fifties! I have tried Altec several times and nobody wants to help me research it. Can anyone steer me in the right direction to look for help? Thanks in advance, Eddie
