wut is gud my g's i got this super vintage omg so old chainsaw about 100 years of age. any way i got it going cuz i al litterally a genius wen it comes to engines. i got it going and it got super hot and stop working. do i need more oil in the gas oil ratio? i used about 50/1

not quite 100 years old...
but yes 50:1 is a little lean for the old saws
did you preasure and vacuum test it before you started using it?
pull your muffler and look to see what condition the piston is in

piston super good no scouring. And compression seems decent
