Old e-bay auctions??

How do you look up past e-bay auctions? My wife picked up a couple of Mac 10-10's, one with the recoil on the bar side, and I wanted to see what they went for in the past. I can see from past searches here that this saw is well thought of )
Although I am thinking of replacing my 2100 on the mill with these saws. Just think, two 10-10' on one bar, both with the recoil on top. Would look stylin, while cutting stickers that is!

Actually, You used to have an option of "ended items". I don't see that anymore. you can , of course narrow your search to Mac 10-10s only and watch what the currently sell for. Personally I'd wouldn't narrow too much-a lot of Macs are listed without model numbers.

I think eBay deletes them after 60 or 90 days

If you choose search and then advanced search you can choose completed items.

yep i got that completed items as one of my favorites. it a great source of establishing value in dollars. i say that because some stuff to me is worth a lot more than i can get on ebay. ive got an item on now that is strictly high end equipment . put new sprocket an chain on and yet ill never get what i think its worth. its over 18 lbs which is great for bucking ,but not as good as newer equipment ,for felling.. jmo. the only way i mite get what its worth,, is from people who have owned that piece before.
mabe im looking at it wrong ,,but thats my take on it..,please note moderators ,,i havenot descibedthe item.. and only a few here would know my ebay name.
so hope i didnt brake the rules.

On the left-hand side of the active search page is a link for completed auctions. I think they're removed from the search after 30 days, then from the system at 90 days.

I may be wrong but I believe they are also removed based on how many there are. If you serach ended auctions for "Stihl 038" it will go back 30 days. Now try the same serach for "chain saw". I will bet the farm you will not find auctions 30 days old.
