I was under the impression that there are no mail order Stihls for sale. What gives with this guy.

Hi Mark,
I believe that if you check around his site you will find that all of his Stihls are "reconditioned". I stumbled in there a couple of years ago and that was his gig. You will also note that his prices for 088s is well below what you would pay in a Stihl dealership.

This guy may be buying new Stihls on a rental shop license. Rental shops can actually buy directly from Stihl at prices lower than what a regular saw shop would pay, according to the Rep from Stihl Northwest.

Guess my info is outdated. I first found that site through a milling forum. I`m pretty sure that he was selling refurbs then, but who cares now, LOL.
