Here's the story, I was sharpening my blade and drinking a beer one sunny Saturday afternoon and my girlfriend accused me of loving my tools more than her (or something like that I wasn't really listening). Anyways, to make a long story short, my brand new Stihl (two weeks old) ended up smashed on the walk. All the internal components are fine, but the engine housing ($89.30), and the quick tensioner ($42.25), and the fan housing ($27.80), and the handle housing ($64.73) are all broken. Apparently warranty does not cover crazy girlfriends, soI ended up buying a new one, and now this broken jem is up for auction. if you have the same model and need parts or just want to fix it, thats all thats wrong. I'll include an estimate from a Stihl dealer showing that this is all thats wrong, and I will also include the instruction manual.
