Hi, to all, I've placed an order for parts from ordertree.com. The parts I ordered were all, special orderparts. I hava received an order confirmation and have sent 3 emails to them to check on the shipping status of the order and have received, no replies, as yet. Has anyone here, ever ordered from them? I'm begining to question their service departments reputation. I realize that it's the christmas season and they may be busy, but I'm wondering if anyone else has ordered from them and what kind of luck, they had in placing their orders. Just curious. Lewis.

When did you place the order? Many sellers do not actually stock these parts but obtain them from third parties (extra shipping and ordering delays). Being December, I wouldn't start getting concerned until about 15 week days have gone by.

Also, just maybe, no one is paying attention to e-mails, or, they are covered up with them.

P.S. Reminds me of an amusing story. I order parts from a mom & pop place (business unrelated to chainsaws) Often it takes 3 or 4 weeks just for someone who knows where the parts are located to actually read the order. Forget phone orders, many of those notes just get lost. Anyway, after about two months, I call the guy and he says; "ya I remember what you wanted, that trailer is full of bees, I'll look for your parts this winter. I'll call you and let you know what I find and see if you still want them". No goodbye, click-buzz. Why do I put up with it? He has the largest variety of old parts I know of in existence.
