Anyone Know How To Read These Numbers On A Older Oregon Bar,I Know It Fits A Husky Large Mount But Thats It

Here is what I believe is a somewhat older Oregon bar numbering system I have saved as a file.

18" hardnose bars usually used 68 dl in 3/8" chain.
