p51 carburetor settings

Just scored a pair of Pioneer P51 saws that I've got on the bench now. Anyone know the default carb settings for these? Both have the walbro SDC carbs. One is WAY out of tune, screws backed out so far they're about to fall out & the other is missing the L screw, probably from being backed out so far lol. Anyway, just hoping for a reference point to start tuning from.

Found an SDC manual, says start with each jet 1 turn open. Guess I'll start from there. Since I've seen SDC series carbs on saws from 60cc through 80cc+, I'd imagine actual default settings vary quite a bit between saws & I'd still appreciate any info about the P51 defaults specifically.

I would say 11/4 out on L and 1 out on H would be a decent starting point .

Look at page 11 - P51 low and high initial settings are 1 turn open.

Much appreciated, guys! Salvaged an adjustment needle out of a spare P41 SDC carb to replace the missing one. Set both carbs' needles to recommended default positions... and both saws fired up & idled!! Will do some tuning later, rebuild carbs if needed, but so far so good. Seems like I got a pair of runners :}
