Basically, he cut off a branch and got squooshed by the branch and couldn't breath or escape his position on the lift. Rescue didn't get there in time to save him, either.

"A 42-year-old man fatally suffocated while trimming trees Tuesday in Lancaster County, the coroner’s office said.​

Danh Tran, of Mount Wolf, died of mechanical asphyxia on the 2000 block of Stone Mill Road in Manor Township, according to the Lancaster County Coroner’s Office.​

The coroner’s office said Tran was in an elevated work platform when he was found Tuesday afternoon. He was pronounced dead at the scene at 1:38 p.m."​
