Peterson sawmill question

Hi all!
Any one have or run a Peterson swingblade sawmill? I need some help with adjustments. The vert and horizontal cuts don't line up.The horizontal cut leaves about 3/8" material attached to log and board beeing cut.
Any info is much appreciated.

I have never run a peterson mill, but I have run a lucas mill before.
Is the blade itself new or has it been retipped. If it has been retipped coould they have put on shorter tips so the blade isn't the correct diameter?

Thanks sam I know what your saying but its worse than that,I have talked to a peterson rep since posting this thread, and should be able to tune it out with adjustments to the swing blade carriage.
