I have one, never have used it.

I dunno if i would like the swivel directly on the rope of my bridge (I use a ness anyways) even if the corners are slightly rounded.

I used the swivel directly on my bridge for a while. Just to cumbersome and the payoff wasn't worth it for me.

Let us know if it works out for you, though!

Those I've talked to who have tried it say that you loose control too much and can spin around on it.

Better to just take the spliced end off and untwist the line

Nicely put....unles you're in a convenient spot to just hang in mid air for a second and spin around a couple times...but that's more for my own personal enjoyment!

FWIW, Tom Dunlap (remember when he used to come here!) let me use his swivel a while back to try it on the bridge. It ended up getting stolen when some one broke in to my car. I bought him a new one, we ended up trading for splicing work, and I haven't used the Swivel yet.

Trust me, if it was worth it, it'd be splice permanently onto my saddle!
