This past Saturday I did a job which included the climbing and removal of a co-dom white ash and a sugar maple. All stems were covered in PI, some more than others. It was in the mid - high 40's, I was wearing a double thick sweatshirt, and pants, but no gloves... not cold enough. Climbed right up through the vines cutting away at them as they impeded my ascent. Well the next day the rash began. I didn't think it was still warm enough to pick up the nasty stuff... but I guess I was wrong. First time having PI in January!

Just a warning to all you Northern guys who don't think it can be picked up in the winter.

I've had it in the middle of winter a few times. Soon as the chain hits the vine and chips hit the face you got it!

Was thinking about trying that soap they have out there.
