I have done quite a bit of milling with my several decades old 029 Farm Boss (opened up the carb a little). Have successfully used a 20" bar with 3/8" pitch and .050 rip chain (usually from Frawleys). I am interested in trying a picco (.043) chain and want to find a bar, sprocket and chain source. I have heard that logosol makes the picco bars (stihl seems to limit their picco bars to 16" and I need 20") but the logosol site sends me to Baileys and they will make up the picco ripping chain, but I cannot find the .043 bar and sprocket. Any advice?

Greg at Leftcoast Supplies, may be able to help with this. At least he sold a narrow kerf set to me in 30". That mounted right up on my ms-460. Your in luck I hope. The longer bar and chain combos are out of stock till June prolly. Shorter were in stock when I ordered early this month IIRC. Rain and other aspects of life have got in the way of putting it in wood. Good luck
Stay safe while you enjoy

I second getting in touch with Gregg. He had some great milling B&C setups on sale a wee while ago and may still.
