Anybody know what the log weight is on Pin Oak?

My log chart only has four species of Oak and Pin Oak is not one of them. My Peterson's guide says Scarlet Oak and Jack Oak are similar species but I don't have them in my chart either.

Yes, it is very close in weight. My guide says Northern Red is Similar to Scarlet and Scarlet is similar to Pin.

I was trying to get an accurate weight because I have to block some big wood this week (if it ever quits raining and snowing here).

I have got to lower some 36" chunks in a tight spot. I don't know that I have blocked wood that big before. I've blocked wood close to that but not quite 3' wood. I'm trying to figure what the dynamic forces are going to be on my rigging gear. I am wanting to block 4' pieces so I can get two attachment points on the logs.
