has anyone every tried to fit both eyes of a eye to eye within the cheeks of a pinto pulley. I am looking for a fixed cheek pulley to tend the slack of my vt on my climbing line. I know it wounds like I am trying to do something you can do with a small cheap micro petzel. I am just want something to keep the eyes of my beeline together. Thanks guys you rock.

I am using a petzel Am'd biner. I know I you are prob correct I am overthinking but such is my life always trying to improve something. I don't settle well.

with them inside to me it would keep it a little tighter of a hitch and keep your eyes close together as to not slide down and miss load the biner. I am constanty or so it seems having to move the eyes bad together next to the micro pulley. If they were trapped within it would prevent this. I actually got this from one of the guys here on AS but I am not sure if beeline will fit and I do not know what size of cord he used. In his case he used it for a positioning lanyard but again I don't know what pulley he used.

Go to the Dollar Store and buy a couple of bags of zap straps. Use them to hold your eyes together. Cheaper than buying the pulley.

I had the same issue, I ended up splicing some AllGear tech cord into an eye to eye prusik cord so that both eye's will fit within a DMM pinto pulley. There is available a larger sewn eye to eye Ocean polyester prusik cord with larger eye's that fit .

I use rock-o biners and hc puller with beeline never really had a problem with the eyes spreading
