The search wasn't working this morning. What is the best way to attach a plate exchanger to a furnace. It looked like iCreek used straps, but it was hard to tell from the pictures of his setup. The exchanger I bought from Woodmaster hasn't any attachment points. Also, does the water from the OWB run to the furnace exchanger first then the the plate exchanger?

Thanks!

You want to make sure you run it to the Hot water heater first. Are you useing a pump on the hot water heater? The pumping can hold up the plate heater or I have used cool looking s shaped hangers I have made.

Plate heater

Thanks for the response. No, my pump is mounted to the back of the Woodmaster. It looks like some kind of metal strap was used in the picture saw. My water heater is real close to the furnace, so I'll attach it there and run pex between the parts. They sell sharkbite connectors at HD now, only $4 for a 3/4" with a male thread. I didn't know they sold brass bushings/adapters.

Thanks!
