He'll probably get busted by eBay for putting "NOT Stihl, Husqvarna" in the Title. That's a no-no and will count as one strike against you. I know from first hand experience. They search out items with the word "not" in them from time to time and send out warnings.

Other than that, I've never seen one, we have Hydraulic ones on the railroad but not air that I know of.

A lot of air saws pass through eBay now and then. They're used is hazardous or wet environments, or years ago when powerful gas motors were too heavy. Quiet, too. I remember seeing a photo of some guys out in the boonies with a halftrack carrying an air compressor running one of these things.

The whole "not xx" thing on eBay ticks me off to no end (if I'm looking for a Husqvarna, I'll ???? well type it in), but I've never seen an auction pulled because if it. A huge number of saw and power tool auctions are put up by sellers who list them that way.

Air saw would be nice if I had a compressor on my truck. But otherwise not very practicle.

I can't stand that freakin NOT STIHL, HUSKY crap either
