When I worked at Bartlett we used to see that video everytime we had aerial rescue training. So once in a while if someone is moving slow on the crew we would say "Just cut it Goob!!"

They need to show that to contestants in TCC comps so they can understand why they need the belay line.

That's lineman hurtman rescue training. That should never have happened with any journeyman worth his salt present. That's gotta be some podunk power company. We do pole climbing training here at SoCal edison with fall restraints and hockey goalie masks. One too many grunts with slivers thru their noses.
