I have 2 young oak trees planted 2 years ago. I was told this year Oak wilt is in the area. Looking at my trees today, both Red Oak and Pin Oak show leaf changes. I am curious if this is what oak wilt looks like or another problem or just normal for time of year. If there is a treatment? In Central Wisconsin.

You might want to check your oak ID.
Bronzing most likely from spider mites, oak skeletonizer on the other leaves. Not wilt, dormant oil is your friend.
 
Interesting, when I bought the trees that was what is on the tags, and still on the trees. Now looking what says is a Northern red oak doesn’t look like the leaves.
