poulan 3400, when I get it running and then stop it is super hard to start again. new plug ,fresh gas. Has always been hard to start since new.What can be the problem?

when you stop the saw...try cracking the gas cap...listen for a "hiss"..that will tell you if you are having a venting problem...first thing I would check...

i had the 2750 and with the recoil they had on ,it needed a decompression .
im just assuming the 3400 is a bigger saw.think the 2750 was 46 cc although im trying to forget it. just the facts.
