Poulan muffler question

Anybody know if a muffler from a PP335 would fit on a 4000?

Nope.

But I have seen anything made to work before to be able to use.

I have one from a 3700 3800 if needed.

I have a 4000 muffler but don't want to mod it. I think I'm just going to put that one on one of my 3800s and mod the 3800 muffler for the 4000. Confusing I know.. Thanks anyway!
