Would a piston and cylinder from a poulan s25da fit on a poulan micro xxv deluxe?

No it won't. The micro is a simplified s-25 with simpler materials and turns several thousand rpms slower. They both are 2 bolt cylinders, but are on opposite diagonal corners.
