Does anyone know where i can get a fuel cap vent valve for this saw ??

I tried one from my homelite, but it would not work.

I can post a picture if that would help.

Post a picture Mike-some of the older 25s had a different style cap. It it is a later one I can just send you a used vented cap.

Here is a pic from my earlier post when i first got the saw.

i am going through the carb & replacing the sprocket.

The fuel cap vent was melted. It had a small metal retaining clip in the cap that held it in place.

The 25's that I used only came in the two-handed version All were Super 25's though.

I might have a cap. Last spring I moved my shop to a smaller area so there was a lot of tossing and recycling going on.

Mike, The cap I have is the other , later, style. Hopefully Tom or Roger can fix you up.

Thanks Guys. If anyone can come up with a good one I would really appreciate it. I am going to try & modify mine. I am going to drill it out & put in the Homelite vent valve which is larger.
