Boy, that's hard to do freehand!!! I've done it a few times for myself and customers. The log was too large for the 24 bar on the 7900, so I had to mostly use the 066. The 7900 is about broken in, I'd think, but still isn't quite as fast as I'd hoped. I tried to time it, and it was faster than the 066, but was cutting less wood, so it may be close to the same speed. My 066 is a screamer, stock with dual muffler ports. I had each chain as sharp as I know how, square filed. I need to experiment with 8 and 9 tooth sprockets, and the same bar and chain length on each. Also, it may be time to lean it out just a bit as it has over 10 tanks run through it now.

It sure is a nice saw, though, real smooth, streamlined, and user friendly.

Many thanks, Dan!

and Jeff Sikkema for the purty GB Titanium bars!!!
