Pro Mac 60 Muffler

So i have a pro mac 60 that the previous owner cut a large sqaure out of the muffler. Where can i get a replacment, i failed to find one on ebay. Also how can i get those bolts that hold it on lose, i tried to pull the muffler on my 7-10 and those things are so rusted i almost broke my t handel.
