So I just got a new proline clutch for this saw. The springs on it are so weak the clutch fell apart into pieces while i was putting it on. The springs are so weak i was able to put them back on with just my fingers with no effort. This seems wrong.

Aren't the springs supposed to be hard to get on? The saw chain spins at idle because the springs are so weak they engage the drum at 2200rpm.

Is this normal for proline stuff?
