I recently purchased a used bucket truck and the engine needed new seals. The truck was under warranty so the company that I purchased the truck from agreed to fix it. I could have had it fixed locally and was looking at 3 weeks of down time, the company I purchased it from elected to fix the truck themselves and came to pick up my truck 4 weeks after they were notified of the problem. They did not return my truck for another 8 weeks and that was after a Lawyer became involved. I am attempting to be reimbursed for the down time associated with the delay in repairs. Any suggestions?
