Nice-quality, 'caulks' or studded logging boots, black leather.

- Very clean and sound throughout
- Fits my true size 10 feet just-right
- Viberg/Hofffman/White's kinda quality
- minor/typical signs of use, but...as used boots go,
you'll be pleased.
- I did a painstaking hand-rubbed application of
Obenauf's HD Leather Conditioner
- Probably great in icy conditions, as well...!
- Overall length/boot lower, less sole, is 11 5/16" ; overall height, less studs, is 11 1/4"

$125. shipped to the CONUS

They look like barely broken in hand made Vibergs to me. Those caulks are called drive-in caulks and were superior to the screw-in ones for traction on slippery steep logs. You can walk on ceilings like a fly with them .I think they stopped making them back in the 1970's. The hobnails around the edge of the soles are the first thing that tear out, and those boots still have them all. The caulks are replaceable also, but a much bigger job to do. I have worn out a couple pairs of them, and they were the best caulk boots I have ever worn once they broke in.

Will just direct you to the astute, qualified comments from mista Stryker, above....

Have hated to think about lettin' them go, but, realistically, not sure I'll have actual use fer em....much as I can wish I might...!

Anybody got a pair of 9s? Preferably not caulks. They would be daily wears not shelf hangers. Getting tired of wearing 6in boots through 8in puddles.
