Radio/BlueTooth Communication Recommendations - Climber to Grounds Crew

I am looking to purchase a bluetooth/radio communication headset and looking for recommendations. It seems like reviews are all over the place and most are not from arborists. Anybody have some experiences they can share or recommend?

Smh10. We usually buy them at treestuff.

I've tried the tuff talk and it broke pretty quickly.

I have heard bad things about the Tufftalk headsets. Do you use the SMH10 or SMH10R? Can you hear fairly well with saws running? Lastly, can you talk simultaneously (interrupt someone talking)?

We have smh10 but the r would work the same.

Today I was using it to talk on the phone while stump grinding. Works great
