Rain neck protector for Petzl

Anyone know of a decent rain neck shield that fits a Petzl Vertex other than the 3M Peltor one? IE one that doesn't clip to the ear muffs say if your muffs don't have the attachment holes. If you're not from the Pacific North Wet you can probably just ignore this post

I use my Arc'Teryx GoreTex hoody and rain pants in the rain. Really helps.
