I think I'm growing gills.

Actually, I've started lovin the 60's and light rains, rather have it then 80 plus degree and humid.

Sure is making the trees grow nice.

I had to climb and prune a huge beech tree in the rain today. I felt if I didn't get on the Job and complete it (regardless of the weather), I could have lost the sale. Man was it slippery, I lost my footing several times. I'm definitely not happy about all the freaking rain.

You're only 3 days behind?? Be grateful - we're over a week behind here in northern Vermont. We are so very dependent on heavy equipment work being done before we come in ...and that's not happening a whole lot right now, either. The ground is just so saturated.

The only good thing is that I'm caught up with my paperwork.

diltree. A Beech Tree in the rain...must have been like walking on oil slicked branches. Thats a tough climb even for a takedown. The spikes have to be SOOOO Sharp..

The Rain

I've been able to keep up. The big problem here on the N. shore is getting anywhere. There are three bridges out in my town alone. Once the sun comes back out it's gonna be crazy. Four weeks worth by the 4th.

I think that rain went to your brain

I think you've inhaled too many chainsaw fumes.

I like the title of this thread and didn't want to let it die. I guess it's the southwest now that's getting crazy wet? we could use a little rain here in the midsouth. I'm dancin'.
