Hey guys,

I am looking to sell my 6 lb top handle Red Max chainsaw that I purchased about a year ago and have hardly used. The problem is that I can't seem to find anyone here that can work on them to tune them up right so that it has any kind of cutting power. It is the lightest 12" climbing saw that anyone makes as far as I know. If you know a lot about chainsaws, then you can probably end up getting this thing to run great, I just can't seem to get it adjusted properly to have any torque to cut and have a smooth idle. I will take offers on it. I originally paid $299 plus tax for it last year and it still looks very new. I live in Kansas City. Thanks. -Brian

Red Max

Yes, I am willing to trade for it... whatcha got??? :D I am currently in the market for a couple of double pulleys (Petzl Twin or CMI) and rigging rope at the moment. But... I am open for suggestions. :)
Also, yes, it is the G2500TS, it weighs 6.4 lbs and is supposedly the lightest top handle chainsaw. Here is a link to more info: http://www.redmax.com/productcart/pc/viewPrd.asp?idcategory=2&idproduct=3 Also, anyone have any experience with these? I might consider keeping it if I can get it running right. Thanks!
