I live in Green Bay and we currently have the spread of the Oak Wilt disease. I treated half of my trees last year with the injection of the fungicide and it seems to have done the trick. I have all but one leafing out very well. I have a U-shaped drive-way with the right side of the U having a straight away to my detached garage. The tree that is not leafing well is right at the corner of the U and the straight part. (Not sure how well water gets to the roots so I thought this was valuable)
Initially, it had no leaves at all, but now it it has leaves on one side, on the first three branches going up. After that, it is bare. The leaves are very green but it is far behind the rest of the red oaks on my property. Any ideas on what this could be from, any remedies that can help the rest leaf, or will the tree be a goner?
Thanks a bunch!
