I have a huge Blue spruce that I have had treated for needle cast for the past several years. The treatment is working as the thinning has stopped. Unfortunately it took me a long time to notice and figure out what was going on and many of the bottom branches have lost all their needles. Will these branches ever regrow needles (in starting to prune them out I see that they are not completely dead) or should I go ahead and cut off all the unsightly branches that have lost every single needle? ALso, how many years should the treat be treated for if my neighbors have trees that are not being treated and are loosing ALL their needles. Thank you
